End User License Agreement — Whiplash Ops Sync
This license is granted solely to Whiplash Merchandising for its own internal use connecting its operations systems to its own QuickBooks Online company.
Whiplash Ops Sync is not licensed, sublicensed, resold, distributed, or made available to any other party.
Use
The application is provided as-is for Whiplash's own internal bookkeeping and reconciliation workflow. No warranty of any kind, express or implied, is provided.
Access and revocation
Whiplash may disconnect the integration from its QuickBooks Online account at any time, including through QuickBooks Online's connected-app management functionality, thereby revoking the integration's API access.
