Privacy Policy — Whiplash Ops Sync
Whiplash Ops Sync is a private integration built by Whiplash Merchandising (doing business as Whiplash LP Mailer) solely for its own internal use. It is not published, distributed, or available for use by any other business.
What it connects to
The integration connects Whiplash's own internal operations dashboard to Whiplash's own QuickBooks Online company. It accesses vendor bill and payment information for Whiplash's internal bookkeeping and reconciliation workflows, including reconciliation of packaging invoices from Whiplash's supplier, Welch Packaging Group, against invoice and payment information tracked internally.
What it doesn't do
Whiplash Ops Sync is not designed to connect to QuickBooks companies belonging to third parties. It does not provide data to advertisers, analytics services, or other third parties. It is not used to process payroll or customer payments. There is no public signup flow, no other tenant, and no other end user.
Data use, retention and security
QuickBooks data accessed by the integration is used solely for Whiplash's internal bookkeeping and reconciliation purposes. Any locally stored integration data is maintained on Whiplash-controlled infrastructure and is not provided to third parties.
QuickBooks authorization credentials and tokens are maintained on Whiplash-controlled infrastructure. OAuth authorization and QuickBooks API communications are conducted with Intuit's services.
